For the historic Center City Philadelphia building that was reimagined into sleek, efficient apartments, establishing a strong digital presence was essential to launching the property and attracting early interest. The website became the primary storytelling and leasing platform, supported by a name and brand identity. The name Avenir, meaning “future” in French, reinforced the project’s forward-looking character.
